These Terms govern the use of the The Divine Equation website and the purchase and personal use of digital products offered under the The Divine Equation brand.
By completing a purchase, you agree to the Terms applicable to that transaction, together with any mandatory rights provided by applicable consumer law.
1. The product
The Divine Equation is a digital 40-day guided reflection journey focused on balance, Barakah, knowledge, reflection, journaling, and practical exercises.
The current bundle includes one digital PDF and one digital application:
Interactive Edition. A digital application edition intended for local use and complete privacy for the user on compatible devices.
Print-Ready Edition. A digital PDF prepared for customers who prefer to print pages and write by hand or PDF applications that support the relevant interactive features.
Both editions are digital files. No physical book is shipped unless a future offer expressly states otherwise.
2. Product purpose
The Divine Equation is designed for personal education and reflection. It does not promise a particular spiritual, emotional, financial, professional, or personal outcome.
The product does not claim to predict destiny, reveal unseen matters, guarantee Barakah, guarantee provision, or determine a person's standing with Allah.
The value of the product depends in part on the customer's own engagement, reflection, circumstances, and use of the material.
3. Price and taxes
The applicable purchase price is the price displayed at checkout at the time the order is submitted.
The standard price may change for future transactions. A later price change does not alter a completed order.
Taxes, VAT, sales tax, or similar transaction charges may be calculated and collected by the checkout provider where required.
4. Checkout and payment
Checkout, payment processing, applicable tax handling, receipts, and digital-order infrastructure are provided through Lemon Squeezy.
Lemon Squeezy acts as merchant of record for purchases processed through its checkout environment. Available payment methods may vary by country, device, currency, risk screening, or provider availability.
An order is complete when the payment provider confirms successful payment and the order is accepted.
If a payment is declined, reversed, disputed, refunded, or identified as fraudulent, access to the associated product may be restricted where legally permitted.
5. Digital delivery
After successful payment, the purchased files are made available electronically through the Lemon Squeezy order environment and/or related receipt or customer portal.
You are responsible for providing a valid email address and maintaining access to that email account.
If you pay successfully but do not receive access, contact contact@thedivineequation.online so the order can be reviewed.
6. Device and software requirements
You are responsible for having a compatible device, PDF reader, printing arrangement, internet connection, storage capacity, and any software needed for your preferred use of the files.
Interactive PDF behavior can vary between applications and devices. A feature that works in one PDF application may behave differently in another.
A compatibility issue does not automatically mean that the underlying digital file is defective, but reasonable support may be offered where practical.
7. Personal-use licence
Your purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable licence to use the purchased files for your own personal, non-commercial use, subject to applicable law.
You may save reasonable personal copies to your own devices and print the Print-Ready Edition for your own use.
You may not:
- resell, sublicense, rent, or redistribute the files;
- share the complete files with friends, groups, clients, students, organizations, or online communities;
- upload the files to cloud folders intended for distribution, file-sharing sites, forums, social platforms, or repositories;
- remove or conceal copyright, ownership, attribution, or rights notices;
- copy substantial portions into another book, course, journal, app, membership, coaching program, or commercial resource;
- use the product to train, populate, or reproduce a competing commercial product where that use infringes applicable rights;
- claim authorship or ownership of original The Divine Equation content.
8. Intellectual property
All rights not expressly granted to the customer are reserved.
The purchase price covers access to and personal use of the digital product. It does not transfer ownership of The Divine Equation's underlying text, design, frameworks, exercises, journal prompts, visual identity, trademarks, copyright, or other intellectual property.
9. Educational disclaimer
The Divine Equation does not provide medical, mental-health, legal, tax, financial, investment, or other regulated professional advice.
Nothing in the product should be treated as a diagnosis, prescription, substitute for professional care, or individualized professional recommendation.
Where a user needs professional assistance, they should seek a suitably qualified professional.
10. Islamic and reflective content
The Divine Equation includes Islamic concepts, Qur'anic themes, references to Sunnah, reflective exercises, and other educational material presented for learning and personal reflection.
The product does not claim access to the unseen, does not predict divine decree, and does not guarantee that a particular practice will produce a specific worldly outcome.
Nothing in the product is intended to replace qualified religious scholarship where a user needs an individualized ruling or authoritative religious guidance.
11. Refunds and withdrawal rights
Refunds, delivery problems, and applicable statutory withdrawal rights are addressed in the separate Refund Policy.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove a mandatory consumer right that cannot legally be waived.
12. Customer conduct
You agree not to use the website, checkout, downloads, or support channels for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, harassing, or technically disruptive activity.
Attempts to obtain unauthorized free access, reverse charges fraudulently, distribute purchased files, compromise the website, or impersonate another customer may result in access restrictions and appropriate action.
13. Support
Reasonable support may be provided for genuine order, access, download, or file-delivery issues.
Support does not include individualized coaching, religious counseling, professional advice, device repair, or support for unrelated third-party software.
14. Availability and changes
The website, checkout, customer portal, and supporting services may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, hosting issues, security events, provider outages, or circumstances outside direct control.
The website, product presentation, supporting copy, or future editions may be updated over time.
A purchase does not automatically entitle the customer to unrelated future products, major new editions, subscriptions, apps, services, or bonuses unless the original offer expressly included them.
15. Promotions and discounts
From time to time, a discount, affiliate promotion, launch offer, coupon, or other special price may be offered.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotional offers may be changed, limited, or withdrawn for future purchases. A customer who purchased earlier is not automatically entitled to a later discount.
16. Limitation of responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, The Divine Equation is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from a customer's use or inability to use the website or digital files.
The product is provided for personal educational and reflective purposes, and no specific result is guaranteed.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts liability where doing so would be unlawful, and nothing limits mandatory consumer rights.
17. Third-party services
Parts of the customer experience rely on independent third-party services, including hosting, email, payment, fraud-prevention, and digital-delivery providers.
Their services may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies. The Divine Equation does not control every aspect of a third party's infrastructure or availability.
18. Privacy
Personal information associated with the website, quiz, marketing, and purchases is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
19. Changes to these Terms
These Terms may be updated to reflect changes in the product, checkout environment, website, service providers, or applicable requirements.
The version relevant to a completed purchase is generally the version in effect when the order was made, subject to changes required by mandatory law.
20. Governing law and mandatory rights
These Terms are governed by applicable French law, subject to mandatory consumer protections that may apply to a customer in another jurisdiction.
Nothing in these Terms requires a consumer to waive rights that cannot legally be waived.
