The Divine Equation is a digital product delivered electronically. This Refund Policy explains how ordinary refund requests, delivery problems, duplicate charges, technical issues, and statutory consumer rights are handled.
This policy should be read together with the Terms. Mandatory consumer rights remain applicable where they cannot legally be excluded.
1. Digital nature of the product
The Divine Equation bundle consists of digital PDF files made available electronically after successful payment.
Because access can begin immediately, digital-content purchases can be treated differently from physical goods under consumer law.
2. General refund approach
Once the digital files have been supplied or made available for download, ordinary change-of-mind refunds may not be available where applicable law permits this.
This does not mean that every refund request will automatically be rejected. Genuine payment, delivery, access, or product-file problems will be reviewed reasonably and individually.
3. EU and EEA consumers
Consumers purchasing at a distance in the European Union generally benefit from a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, subject to legal exceptions.
For digital content supplied without a physical medium, the withdrawal right may be lost once performance begins where the consumer has first provided the legally required express consent to immediate supply and acknowledged the consequence for the right of withdrawal.
If those legal conditions have not been validly satisfied, any mandatory withdrawal right that remains available is not removed by this policy.
The exact legal outcome may depend on the checkout process, the information presented at purchase, when digital access begins, and the law that applies to the customer.
4. Situations we will review
Please contact us if any of the following occurs:
- you were charged more than once for the same intended purchase;
- payment was completed but no usable access to the purchased files was provided;
- the files supplied are corrupted and cannot reasonably be opened or replaced;
- you received a materially different digital product from the one ordered;
- a technical delivery problem prevents access and cannot be resolved;
- you believe a charge was made in error;
- you have a mandatory statutory right to cancel, withdraw, or obtain reimbursement;
- another genuine order or payment issue requires review.
5. Technical issues
If a file will not open, appears incomplete, or an interactive feature does not work as expected, please contact us before assuming the product itself is unavailable.
Where practical, we may first attempt to solve the issue by confirming the order, restoring download access, supplying a replacement copy, recommending a compatible PDF reader, or identifying whether the problem is device- or software-specific.
Interactive PDF functionality can vary between devices and PDF applications. A limitation of a particular third-party PDF reader is not necessarily a defect in the underlying file.
6. Duplicate or mistaken charges
If you believe you were charged twice for the same intended order, contact us with the email address used for purchase and enough information to identify the transactions.
Do not email complete payment-card details.
Where a duplicate charge is confirmed, the matter may be resolved through the payment provider, including a refund where appropriate.
7. Fraud, abuse, and chargebacks
Refund requests may be reviewed for indications of fraud or abuse, including repeated purchases followed by refund demands after downloading, unauthorized redistribution, or false claims about delivery.
This does not affect legitimate consumer rights.
If you believe there is a genuine problem with an order, contacting support before initiating a chargeback usually gives the issue the best chance of being resolved quickly.
8. Lemon Squeezy and payment processing
Payments are processed through Lemon Squeezy, which acts as merchant of record for purchases made through its checkout.
Refunds may therefore be processed through Lemon Squeezy and the original payment method rather than directly by The Divine Equation.
Lemon Squeezy may also have its own procedures for refunds, disputes, fraud prevention, and chargebacks.
9. How to request help or a refund review

Please include:
- the email address used for the order;
- the approximate purchase date;
- a brief description of the issue;
- any relevant order reference you have available.
Please do not send a full card number, security code, banking password, or other highly sensitive payment credential by email.
10. Processing an approved refund
If a refund is approved, it will normally be issued through the original payment system.
The time required for the amount to appear on your statement depends on the payment provider, card network, bank, and method used. Lemon Squeezy states that refunded amounts can take several days to appear after processing.
A refund may be full or partial where legally and technically appropriate.
11. Access after refund
Where a full refund is issued, the licence to use the refunded digital product may end, and continued downloading, sharing, distribution, or commercial use of the refunded files is not authorized.
Any rights that must continue under applicable law remain unaffected.
12. Promotional prices
A later discount, coupon, affiliate promotion, or reduced price does not by itself create a right to refund the difference from an earlier valid purchase, unless applicable law requires otherwise or the offer expressly provides price protection.
13. Mandatory consumer rights
Nothing in this Refund Policy is intended to exclude, reduce, or waive a consumer right that cannot legally be excluded or waived.
If a mandatory law gives you stronger rights than this policy, that mandatory law prevails to the extent it applies.
14. Changes to this policy
This Refund Policy may be updated when the product, checkout provider, delivery method, or applicable legal requirements change.
The current version will be published on this page with an updated revision date.
